a) We are need to keep detailed waste movement logs, this is purely to satisfy governing authorities such as the Environment Agency, Local Authorities or the Police should they request to see them.
b) For this we will record the collection details (your name and address), the carrier details (Move & Remove) and the processor (Recycling/Processing Facility)
c) In doing this we will not use your details for any purposes other than set out above, they will not be made public or shared with anyone other than the above named if requested.
It is your responsibility to ensure we do not collect items you wish to keep as once the waste is collected and we have processed it (the waste has entered the processing location) we cannot return any part of the load. For instance if you decided after the collection of your waste that you wish to keep a particular item, it will not be possible in the majority of instances. Where it is we will accommodate you, however the time frame for this is often very short.
Although we take as much care as possible to ensure that through us working on your behalf no damage to your property is caused, in the event of this happening you are obliged to inform us of such instances at the earliest possible convenience. By this we mean within 24hrs, after this point we cannot accept any responsibly for claims relating to damage caused. As an example, if we removed rubbish from within your home and you claim we broke something in the process, you should notify us immediately, for such claims we would not accept responsibility after the period set out above.
Our pricing is based on our costs, therefore once you agree to use our services we will not be able to change the price. For instance if we collected rubbish and recycled it on your behalf and after doing so you found a cheaper way of doing so, we would not be able to offer any part or full refunds for price match purposes.
